This agreement governs the relationship between the service provider and the buyer in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation regarding distance contracts.

This agreement covers the individual coaching session purchased by the buyer through the online platform. Sessions are 45 minutes in duration.

Payment is collected securely via Visa or Mastercard through the iyzico payment infrastructure. Payment details are neither visible to nor stored by the service provider.
The session takes place via video conference at the date and time agreed upon with the buyer following payment. The session link is sent to the buyer's registered email address upon payment confirmation.
The buyer has the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days of purchase, without providing any reason, provided the service has not yet commenced.
If the buyer has explicitly confirmed that the session may begin before the withdrawal period expires, and the session has taken place, the right of withdrawal is forfeited.

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law. Buyers may apply to the relevant consumer arbitration committee or consumer court in their jurisdiction.
By completing the payment process, the buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this agreement.
